located in the castle square, the triboulet is one of the most essential restaurants of blois. they mention all the guides, enjoy a magnificent location (garden terrace overlooking the castle or through the loire), and the truth is that the restaurant did not disappoint me. at night, the menu costs € 19.50 and includes entrance, main dish and dessert. That night, we enjoyed a fresh salad of five goat cheeses, meat broochets (with zucchini, fries and tomatoes in the oven) and a dessert (attract the house or a plate of gigantic cheeses, all excellent and well refined an idyllic environment and a great value for money, what else can you ask?
