I got the CB&H (caramel, butterscotch, and honey) latte less sweetened, chocolate chip scone and mango Italian soda! They were all fantastic! Although I'm a huge sweet tooth, I should avoid having too much sugar, so it was great I got it less sweetened! The scone was so big and dense I couldn't finish it so I brought it home to my partner! The Italian soda was nice and refreshing as well. The baristas were very friendly and helpful. I like how the shop is frequented by people but yet not outrageously busy so I get to quietly do my own work in the corner without too much distraction. I love that the roaster is right there! Love to come again!
Ordered the White Cin, which the barista kindly helped accommodate to make without milk for my lactose intolerance. I love cinnamon and the white mocha made the coffee very dessert-forward. I also got a chocolate chip cookie which had a sugar cookie texture that I didn’t expect but I enjoyed regardless. Not a lot of tables inside but I enjoyed an afternoon inside studying and chatting, since lots of customers seemed like regulars who would grab-and-go. There were some flies trapped indoors though :
Great place for coffee! You HAVE to try their scones! They also have a printer in case you need to print something for work which is awesome for people like myself not liking to be around super busy places
The roaster(s) at Trifecta really know what they're doing. This is easily the best coffee I've had in Albuquerque. The Ethiopia Guji is stupidly great. Why aren't you drinking it right now? Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Definitely a place for serious coffee lovers, not basic white girl latte girl friendly. Great pastries and chocolates as well. The latte was one of the best I've had anywhere.
Excellent light blend coffee to go (Ethiopian). Great baked goods, esp scones, chocolate chip cookie, and a cinnamon pastry. Friendly people. Worth a detour.
