The food here is always GREAT, but you would hard beat to match the Thursday night deal. Only £3 , hot , tasty and quick to table. You need to remember this is a social club not a restaurant. And you need to book food for the Thursday night by the Wednesday! Bar staff need to speed up to match the kitchen, bit slow on getting served and clearing the tables. You can eat inside or out (depending on weather). The monthly carvery, in the main hall is great if you want to gather the whole family together, the food is excellent and table layout is always well planed. Stayed in cottage nearby so hence visited local places nearby and the sports and social club definitely didn't disappoint,very family friendly ,very reasonable prices and lovely food ,plus footie pitch in back garden and play area,but twins loved the pool table and as non members payed a £1 per adult only so a big thank you xx
Absolutely shocking whet for new years eve celebrations only to be confronted by 2 drunken hill Billy's starting on my partner's teenage son obviously looking for a fight had to leave at 11.30 bar staff was terrible I would not recommend this hell hole to anyone stay away from this place

The live music performed by the Motherfwnker band was exceptional, creating a cozy atmosphere. There's an outdoor seating area and plenty of parking available, making for a truly enjoyable evening out.
Had dinner in the venue last night it was very tasty, they offer friendly and warm service and value for money it welcomes families, groups and offers various music, quiz nights and charity nights

Excellent value 3GBP meal once a week. Typical noisy club atmasphere in main bar, lots kids. Not my sort of place but would be good for families.
