I worked at this restaurant for 6.5 years and with the recent change in management, triple o’s has become a terrible company to work for. The place is not what it appears to be from the outside. Without the hardworking cashiers, cooks, and prep cooks, this place would be a mess. Upper management even forged my signature to pass a work safe BC audit, and I have the proof. When I confronted the manager about it, he dismissed it as something necessary. The business consultant did nothing to address the issue. Employees are not properly trained, despite their efforts. They are expected to watch videos and then thrown onto the floor with little guidance. Senior employees are expected to train new...
Going through the drive-through made my order drive-through person didn't even type it in now I have to rewait for my food while others are ahead of me this teenager person at the front don't give a s about her job she does not pay attention or even listen at the drive-through window I recommend not going through this they did nothing that make us happy at all
Great overall burger place, little more costly than the average place. But the food was for sure worth the extra cost. Chicken burger was exceptionally good, fish burger as well. Cheesecake on a stick was really good. Fries were OK good sauce on them. Pickle chips were nice! They put Pickles on top of burgers which is funny.
This review is only for the bathroom and wins my award for the worst sink to faucet ratio I’ve come across. 5,21,23 drive thru person was terribleWe're the only car, and she is trying to rush through while taking our order, seem like she didn't care and it showed she forgot to charge our poutine and our burgers were cold. I'll pass on this place others are way better.
The staff at this restaurant are amazing, every single one of them. I would like to give a special shout-out to one of the supervisors named Mohini, who goes above and beyond in providing excellent customer service. I will definitely be returning to this place.
Usually Triple Os is tasty and well cooked. This time not so much. The fries they served seemed old and under cooked. But our server at the drive through was very nice and friendly!!
