Today at 3:45 PM May 5th tuesday. I ordered 5 triple o tuesday burgers. I got 4 original and 1 original burger with combo! I come home to find that I only got 4 burgers! Also ALL THE burgers were BURNT!I should have checked. This is the second time where they had forgotten a burger. THE FIRST TIME I checked I had almost just driven off the property, and they seem to have no care in the world! How is this acceptable?Edit: I called in at 3:59pm to inquiry, the lady was apologetic and offered compensation next time I visited. Though I am a bit peeve. I appreciate the help.
I just want to say first and foremost, the team at 86 avenue is absolutely amazing, kind and work with the highest standard in terms of making your food properly and made with care and packed nicely. I appreciate the attention to detail Reet is really amazing as she was super friendly and brightened up my day with a smile n good vibes!! The chef+kitchen staff+ drive thru and front end are all so super amazing and have always made the experience 101% better!!
Uber ordered 4 different meals; burgers tenders. These folks nailed it! Got everything we ordered, packaging was perfect, food was hot, price was great using the discount thru Uber, delivered early! Thanks to all the staff working Sunday, August 6, 2023 5pm for getting it right and showing pride in your work! We really appreciated it!
My visit to Triple O's for fish and chips left me unsatisfied. The fish was soggy and tasted old, not at all crispy as expected. The chips were overcooked and lacked seasoning.
