Nearly dropping/tossing our plates down in front of us. No apologies, no remorse, no respect.The walls are covered in old food, kids hand prints and muddy shoe prints,along with oil and old food. The tables and benches were left dirty because the staff refused to clean them. The bathroom, when opened, releases this nasty powdered smell into the restaurant. I ordered uber eats and therefore this review is solely on the food. That being said..... I ordered the garlic noodles with shaken beef. Often known as bo luc lac; which is a vietnamese staple food. Unfortunately no one here knows how to make this. The beef is supposed to be medium rare to medium, not well done. No one likes to order Rubber bands for meat. The noodles had sauce all the way at bottom just soaking, yet the top of the noodles were way too dry. Add parmesean cheese to it and you get sand paper. I get it. First visit the experience wasn't great so I decided to come back and check it out. The service was great with friendly staff but it was just two of us for most of the time spent there. Ordered popcorn chicken, chicken fried rice and shrimp fried rice along with a strawberry/banana smoothie and a Thai iced tea. The flavor of the popcorn chicken and chicken from the rice was okay, they both were cooked well just didn't have much flavor for me. The shrimp was fine but just tasted like it was cooked with no seasoning. The drinks were great not much to comment on them. The thing about Vietnamese food is the freshness flavors. That's what makes it such a stand out. TT is good for Americanized palates. It tries to be many things for many palates. Pho Hong Long is more authentic Vietnamese food. I had the Bun Thit Nuong Cha Gio which is vermicelli noodles with fresh vegetables a protein topped with fish sauce other sauce if you want. I had a matcha green tea smoothie. This one was ok. Great portions. The egg roll wrappers are different than traditional restaurants use some of the lettuce looked like it's seen better days. Service is good and the restaurant is clean.

I hadn't visited this restaurant in a few months, but I took my wife there for a meal today, Saturday, June 10, 2023. I ordered shrimp garlic noodles, tom yum soup, fried rice, and a Vietnamese iced coffee. The customer service was excellent, the food was delicious, and the prices were reasonable. They offer a free membership that only requires your phone number, and I received a 10% discount on my bill today. I will definitely be returning in the future!
The establishment is very friendly and clean! However when it comes down to the food I do not recommend, save your money since it’s pretty pricey. The popcorn chicken taste nasty, the fries were great! The garlic noodles were nasty too and what made it worst was the meat. The wings were okay. Would I come again ? No

Absolutely Delicious!!Every single time I go here the food is Hot, Fresh Delicious. The Chicken the Shrimp fried rice is delicious also. I wasn't a fan of there Thai iced tea, but the Purple iced tea was VERY good.
