I stumbled upon a restaurant that had been moved from the beach to a downstairs location! I didn't eat right away, but it mainly serves fish and chips, although the menu includes other options, including broken Mars bars! The food was well-cooked, and the service came with a smile and a friendly chat, which made us feel truly welcomed. We enjoyed our meal so much that later in the week, we ordered some 'other items' from their online menu for delivery. The lasagna and chili were just as good, if not better, than the meal we had previously. Trisha's is a bit off the beaten path, so it can easily be missed, but the food is fantastic!
I visited a beach in California and was drawn in by the delightful aroma on our way back. We decided to stop by, placed our order, and within about 10 minutes, we were served top-notch cod and chips. The portion was generous, and the food was just perfect. We were informed there would be a 10-minute wait, which is typical for battered fish and chips since the fryer can only handle 5-6 portions at a time. As for parking, there is limited public parking available nearby, and the service was for dining in.
Everything was fantastic! The service was friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed watching the fish being cooked while I waited. The portion sizes were generous, and the cod was delicious and cooked to perfection. The sausages were impressively large! I absolutely loved my experience and highly recommend this place.
The fish and chips here are excellent. Everything is freshly prepared, so there might be a bit of a wait, but the young staff behind the counter are working extremely hard to keep up. Terrible food—my fish was cold in the middle and the chips were all clumped together. I recommend steering clear of this place! Service: Takeout Price per person: £30–40.
fantastic small place with something for everyone and very cheap. I usually can't eat all that teig on fish, but I ate every bite here. no fat drop.
