I can't believe what I just witnessed at tri town in Bridgewater. This girl didn't wear gloves between putting the toppings on our subs, touched the cheese the veggies, dropped a sub roll on the floor and put it back. She went from washing dishes, to making our chicken on the grill, over cooked it, the put it thru the oven to toast it, touched the sub rolls, we waited 45 minutes for two sub's that we ordered at the counter. I work at BRS sub shop in Halifax and I am absolutely appalled by the customer service and the cleanliness of the staff. And they both were on their phones. Sincerely, Not a customer anymore
Went here (only once and never again) for gas, not food. I drive by it regularly but never go there because it looks sketchy and filthy. Should’ve stuck with my gut feeling. Horrible customer service. Guy who rang me up was talking on his cell phone and didn’t say one word to me. Filthy inside and out.
From the first moment you come to this place the stuff gives you a good feeling. Very hospitable stuff, it is a lovely restaurant to enjoy with buddies or with your date. yummy meals, specialist chef, honest cost and generous service. Warmly recommended.
Tried this place today for the first time as I just moved into town. Food was delicious and filling. Also the girl who rang me up was so polite. This will be my go to spot for subs from now on.

Worst place ever to deal with. People inside a rude. Refuses to run credit card and says has to use debit card and pin. Talks on the phone while checking out. Stay away. Stay far away
Regaly closes earlier then advertised nobody at counter to ring you out in the middle of the day unless you wait 5 minutes
Best place in town they got everything you need with good people working there
Bland food, hasnt changed much since they stopped being Baldies.
