I've rarely eaten a torched pie as good and light. Everything is homemade, even bacon, onions are cut in the morning, cream is a home recipe, affordable price and warm welcome. We're in a small village in the middle of Selestat.
It specializes in “flambé” a sort of thin pizza. They came with huge salads and with wine and beer, dinner for 4 was about $65. Wonderful. You’ll like it … My wife says it’s the local cheese that made it delicious.
Passing through the area on vacation, we found this restaurant with beautiful terrace. Great reception, top service and very good torch pie! I strongly recommend.
