Muy mala organización y previsión a la hora de organizar el personal. Hemos reservado mesa a las 15:30 y hemos terminado de comer a las 18:00h. Nos han comandado mal y a última hora al decir que faltaba un plato nos dicen que la cocina ya está cerrada y que solo pueden ofrecernos esto, y nos dejan un plato que no hemos pedido. Si ese plato no hubiese gustado se hubiese quedado una persona sin comer. El personal (camareros) no tienen la culpa, ellos no podían dar para más. Lo que no se puede es coger a más gente de la que se tiene capacidad y no dar buen servicio, y menos a aquellas personas que vienen con reserva de antelación. Que menos que para el precio que se paga se disponga de un buen...
Beautiful place, but very standard food. The rice dishes that we ordered were dry and tasteless, they lacked vegetables, which gives the rice a creaminess. The rest of the dishes are good, but nothing special. It is the same food without the views and the atmosphere, my review would be 2 stars We will return for the atmosphere, but in the afternoon for a few drinks, not to eat.
The place is unbeatable but the waiter service in loungers was very disastrous. They mixed up orders on several different sunbeds, no apologies and the manager very rude and unmannered..More than 1 hour waiting for food to come out.
