I tried the pork with chilli soup n my friend went for the Dan Dan. He is familiar with the place. The place is tiny and it's based on volume. They specialise in a few things and they do it well. They offer you a rating of hotness from 0.5 to 5. I took a level 2 and mine had an anesthesic which proved very efficient since I did not feel the hotness of the chilli and I had the tingling sensation on my tongue and lips. Well worth it. I must admit I also tasted my friend's soup- Dan dan and it was really good. You know the grass is greener somewhere else. Well for first timers I would definitely recommend the soup at a hotness level 2. Quick and get out.
This is one of our family favorites and try to go every time we are in Paris. Often it's difficult to get a table since the restaurant is small and popular. It's best to try to hit an "off time"-right as they open for lunch or dinner seems to be our approach. The noodles are the best and you can adjust it your own comfort level in regards to spice/hotness.
We saw this by chance, and decided to try it because there's a long queue. The sichuan spicy beef noodles is very savoury, and is probably the best noodles I've tried. You can choose spiciness level from 1 to 5. Level 3 already made me sweat. Price is reasonable.

I love this place, even when I come to paris, I eat there. fresh handmade noddless and fantastic soups. very friendly and spicy you should come in and try.
It's a small restaurant but nice decoration. There wasn't a lot of choices in the menu, but actually it's easier to choose. The noodles were very tasty!
