The service was excellent, and the fries were fantastic, but the Gordita was very tough. The masa tasted stale, hard, and definitely not fresh. I'm leaving a tip for the owner because I believe in supporting businesses, but while I don’t need a lot of meat, fresh ingredients are important to me. Corn masa is inexpensive, so please make it fresh for your next customer.
