Overpriced smoothies that are in EXTREMELY fragile cups.From the get go, we ordered pick-up on Doordash and waited twenty minutes in the store after asking the lady up front where the mobile orders were. She told us they were at a shelf at the front with the orders and names on them. However, that shelf was only for orders on the Tropical Smoothie app. The Doordash orders were on a shelf in the back that we only got after specifically asking that we ordered Doordash. They offered Doordash pickup, so I don’t understand why they wouldn’t have any sign of the order being ready besides on the app.I also overheard an employee there saying that they hung up on someone who was calling, so it’s clea...
I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The food I received was missing some items, and the tomatoes were rotten, making it impossible for me to eat my sandwich. I had to go elsewhere to get something to eat. This was the worst experience I've had at this restaurant, and I usually love their tropical smoothies. I'm not sure what went wrong today, but I hope it was just a one-time issue.
Maddy is the best employee at the restaurant. She was very kind to me when I placed my order. She definitely deserves a promotion.

No matter what tropical smoothie you visit expect to wait. But staff was friendly. Food and smoothie was good also.
