I have never been to tropical smoothie before was so excited me and my daughter. So we get to tropical smoothie walked in manager at the table doing a interview young lady behind the counter never greeted us keep fixing online orders. Pulled up at 8:40 and from the window the two girls gave us very dirty looks and you could clearly tell they were upset that customer showed up because we were close to closing. However that is the business and if a customer shows up 20 mins before close you should still treat them with good customer service.The cashier man did not greet us with a smile and looked like he was upset that we were evening ordering. The only reason I’m giving it 2 stars is because they made the food correctly.I don’t know what manager was on this Night Shift but i think they need to have their team practice customer service.
This place and location is going downhill. Not sure if it?s under management but customer service is non existent. My last three orders were wrong missing items, messed up order (wrong sandwich, etc. how hard is it to check the order when you bag it? Thesmoothies don?t taste the same either. I don?t know if they?Re getting fruit from a different vendor or what changed but it?snot the same. Used to love this place but won?t be returning

This place is declining. They haven't had blue berries for weeks, so no acid smoothie. Was able to do the hurricane but they switched it abruptly from one day to the next. Customer service doesn't exist in this location anyway
The workers was very friendly. The smoothies was delicious. The price was a bit high but all in all I will return. I had two different flavors mango and berry.
Amazing smoothies and customer service! Highly suggest that the owner considers adding option of gruity/tip option for customers when paying at checkout!
Smoothie was very good, the pice for the size was more than worth it. Plus they gave me the extra instead of throwing it away.
