Likewise, they NEVER put a straw with the delivery. Even if you pay for one of the flavored ones, it NEVER comes. How are you supposed to enjoy a smoothie without a freaking straw?"

My first time here... I ordered the detox green and it has a lot more ginger in it and less of other flavor than the one I got from Liberia, Manassass, which was delicious. It tasted like I'm drinking a watery green ginger smoothie. I don't plan on trying this location again. I should have read the reviews for this location. When I placed a mobile order, the Centreville Rd, Herndon, location would keep it in the fridge until I get there to pick up. This location, it is left on the mobile pick up table. I don?t usually post negative reviews and I usually love tropical smoothie, but afraid to say that the customer service I?ve received at this location specifically is awful. The workers don?t ask what you?d like to order, they just look at you silently and wait for you to start. If you order a meal and don?t realize it comes with side(apple/chips/etc), they won?t ask you what you want, but will instead throw a random item in the bag when they hand it to you. Today, I had a great experience at this restaurant with our corporate seating arrangements. I arrived at 11 a.m. and the lovely staff were very helpful, ensuring everything was set up and ready. They accommodated our food and smoothie preferences and made the whole process quick and easy. All of our food orders were taken care of, and they handled our inquiries about allergies with care. This was my second awful experience at this restaurant. The first time, I ordered online and when I went to pick up my food, I had trouble finding my order among several drinks on the counter. The person working there was rude and unhelpful. The second incident occurred tonight when I arrived at 8:45 PM. The staff seemed ready to close and were not attentive to customers. When I tried to place my order, I was ignored until I had to raise my voice. I did not have a good experience. My order was put in wrong (wrap vs salad same price on the menu so easy to fix). The menu notes the price at $7.49, I was charged $8.29. Not a big deal but noted it with the cashier. His response was ?I don?t control that ??????. Whether he did or not, the only response I was looking for was ?thanks, I?ll let my manager know.? Nothing special about the food. If you have a choice, go elsewhere this place could care less about your business. (Which is ironic because most response to negative review is an apology with we hope you?ll give us another chance). Not likely
I never made reviews, but I had to. I only gave these 2 stars because the smoothie was good. I went in and got a Thai chicken with a coworker. The STAFF was RUDE. Did?t answer any questions my employee asked (who was never there) they saw her and I with curved eyes. My friend asked if the smoothie on the counter was her or not. Nothing. Only eye rolls and empty stars Also the pack I got is not hot. Came hot all salad on her was confused. You never asked us an order. Even if we thank you. Nothing. Rude Place.
We love this place and order from this special store (Reston, VA) regularly. I wanted to drop a review to specifically call the great customer service. We had a problem with our delivery order and the delivery service itself was not very helpful. I called the shop directly and the staff was so friendly and helpful and immediately solved the problem. It was such a nice experience that this will continue to be our #1 smoothie spot!
I really enjoy this place and the manager is very friendly (I can't remember his name at the moment). My daughter and I have made it a regular stop at 7:30 for a smoothie. I also tried the Chipotle chicken pack and it was delicious. My go-to smoothie is the Acai Berry Boost, but I have also enjoyed trying other suggestions from the manager.
