For the past month, the Buffalo chicken wraps at Tropical Smoothie Cafe have been a constant craving for me, and this morning was no exception. I placed my order online as usual, and when I arrived at the store, there was only one young lady working. She was truly remarkable—juggling online orders, taking new orders, and preparing everything all by herself. Her customer service was exceptional; Mrs. Shanties deserves all the recognition for her amazing work. The Tropical Smoothie Cafe menu is definitely enhanced by her dedication!
This is my favorite place! The acai berry boost is fantastic and serves as a healthy alternative to meat. They offer a wide range of substitutions to enhance your smoothie and you can even add a variety of supplements! I absolutely love the peanut butter crunch flatbread, which is categorized under breakfast but is delicious at any time of day. Make sure to try it with the Peanut Butter Paradise smoothie with whey protein for some excellent savings. They have every kind of fruit you can think of for your smoothie!
We just ordered some sandwiches and received them with raw meat. Upon returning, we noticed there were small children, seemingly around 10 years old, working in the kitchen. I saw the owner’s response, but I don't think you fully grasp the situation. These young children appeared to be trying to cook at your restaurant, and we were served raw chicken. You need to address this issue immediately. If we come back and they're still there, we will have no choice but to contact the authorities.
Tropical Smoothie Café is one of our favorite places for smoothies, and we truly adore this location! From our very first visit, we were hooked. The staff is amazing, the atmosphere feels warm and inviting, the service is top-notch, and the smoothies are absolutely delicious. They really pay attention to your preferences! We just can't get enough. A special shoutout to the Sunrise, Sunset, and Sunshine smoothies—they’re incredibly tasty!

My experience was extremely disappointing. I waited nearly 20 minutes for my pre-ordered meal. When my buffalo chicken wrap finally arrived, it was not as I requested. I had asked for no tomatoes, but there was no lettuce either, and the wrap was so soaked in buffalo sauce that it was completely soggy.
I visited Tropical Smoothie Cafe and was impressed by one staff member who was managing everything efficiently. Ms. Shanaya (I hope I got her name right) was very friendly and took care of my order along with a few others. The service was outstanding. She definitely deserves a raise!
Tropical Smoothie is fantastic! However, I found the portion size for the corn I ordered as an extra to be ridiculous. I can barely see the bowl's bottom, and it only took me two bites to finish it! It's unbelievable to pay extra for such a tiny amount… shaking my head!
This is definitely one of my top favorite spots! The staff is always friendly, my orders are consistently accurate, and the smoothies are always perfect!
