Don't come here if you're picking up for DoorDash, you're better off just declining the orders. Not only did the staff give me the wrong order twice, but they had an attitude when I asked to check over the order the third time and demanded that I confirm the order before doing so. (Which, if they got it wrong again, would've meant that I would be penalized for just sitting in the restaurant waiting for the right order while it had already been confirmed as picked up.)We're both service workers, I'm just doing my job. Fix your attitude.
So, I got a piece of hair in my smoothie (gross! , and they made another. I asked for some ice too, but the person giving me the ice was annoyed that I asked for a bigger cup of ice. She gave me two kid cups of ice at first. (This was after I complained about the hair, so I figured that shouldn’t be much of a hassle. Then the cups were partially filled. Like, come on! I wasn’t even being rude about it.
So rude stood nd talked instead of helping me and my order was sitting in her face the whole time she looked up nd mugged like she ant want to help liek ant this your job and ion even like smoothies like that like ewwww why is it always our own people like as a young sister you should be more kind to other brothers nd sister will never visit again
Worst location in LR. The rude hoody skinny white girl always had an attitude when I visited here….. I never felt welcome and simply placing or picking up an order always turned into a tense exchange with the staff. Multiple times now that I have gone in and there are six or more employees standing at the front counter and they are so concerned with their conversation that I stand there at the register for several minutes and nobody says anything to me. Last time to visit this location.
1)Took 15 minutes to make a smoothie!! 2) More employees than customers. 8 employees 3 customers, and still took 15 minutes!! 3) Customer received an with sandwich and smoothie, who placed her order directly behind me. 4) Didn't make the smoothie correctly.
Loved the kiwi smoothie. Went back the next day and got another one!!! The place was very clean like immaculate. Made me wonder if the food is good here. I thought they would only have smoothies.
