I work in Garden City, so I visit this restaurant often, but unfortunately, the quality of service has declined in recent months. On one occasion, I ordered a smoothie through the app and had to wait 30 minutes for it. Another time, I ordered the salsa verde quesadilla and it arrived cold with unmelted cheese and no chicken. Today, I ordered a salad through the app and had to wait 10 minutes after arriving to inquire about it. It seems they forgot my order, so I had to wait an additional 10 minutes for them to prepare it. They also forgot to include my side dish. I visit the Seekonk location frequently and have never encountered any issues there.
I am officially boycotting the Tropical Smoothie in Garden City. Not only do they have major attitude problems (an employee once threw a bag of chips at me while rolling her eyes), but my orders are always wrong and missing ingredients. Today, I witnessed an employee eating a sandwich over the food prep counter where he makes orders, with his gloves on. He then shoveled it into his mouth, reached over the food containers to grab more food, didn't change his gloves, threw the rest of the sandwich in the trash, and went back to making food for customers. Additionally, my chicken quesadilla was thinner than paper and had no chicken in it.

I think they forgot, so I had to wait 10 minutes until they got it and they forgot my side. I often go to the place in the seaconk and I? ve never had a problem there.
I typically do not write reviews, but I visited this restaurant last night around 8:30 for a smoothie and found that it was closed. The employees were standing around talking and not doing anything. I called the store to ask if they were closed and was told that they close early for cleaning, even though their business hours are until 9. I understand the need to clean and break down, but they should either leave at least one blender open or adjust their business hours to 8:30. I don't usually leave any reviews. but went last night for a smoothie, a little after 830. the place was closed. with workers standing around and talking nothing. I called the load to ask if they were closed. answer was not at 9 o'clock. they were told that they were to be cleaned early. their business hours are up to 9. I understand the cleaning and demolition, but let at least one mixer open or change their business hours to 830. the girl who answered the phone was very rude and hanged the phone.
I gave it a one-star due to service. The counters were sticky and dirty I witnessed an employee scratch his hair and rub it with no gloves on and then continue to make somebody's smoothie. There were no napkins in the dispenser so when I asked for some theemployee looked lost and then grabbed some from the regular paper towel dispenser with his own dirty hands! I would never visitthis location again it was absolutely disgusting!

brendan jared andrew nolan harry are all new workers, I have been here for a year smoothies and since these youngs have come into them, was completely new experience. these youngs change the atmosphere. they are always so friendly and will adapt the smoothie to my lust each time. they are so friendly and it makes me happy to see these high school youngs together with the time of life. Don't eat here. The food was not to good. When I got my order it was totally wrong. It seems like the cashier was new/ learning. Got charged incorrectly. Still I eat what they gave me. For me it's a weird combination of flavors I tasted some kind of dressing in the Baja wrap ?$8.99 really? Did not finish it had to throw it away. Sorry not coming back.
