I don’t usually come to this location but I did today and they made my smoothie wrong it was all watery and I told them it was not up to par and the employee was great and decided to re make it but the manager came up and took the cup out the trash to see what the smoothie looked like. Then proceeded to say this is how they look when they are made after it was already being remade, so there was no point in that. I managed a tropical for 4 months that is not how I would have handled that by confronting a unsatisfied customer. This is a unprofessional establishment get it together.Periodt.
Called this location ordered my smoothie and something to eat, and realized after I paid that I called the location 30 min away. Called back right away to let them know this and ask her and asked if I could get a refund on my food and smoothie that I just paid for the manager/owner was extremely rude told me that I would not be getting a refund and then I would have to drive to pick up my order and then I would be there waiting for me. I would never go to this location or recommend them to anyone as it is poor customer service management sucks… take your business elsewhere.
Ordered on the app 10 min before we got there. Showed up and had to wait another 25 minutes to get our food and drinks. Wasted whole lunch waiting to get food and drinks. Employees clicked that food and drinks were ready in the system on the app, but still had to wait 15 minutes after that. If you love waiting your whole lunch to get a smoothie and food, and being forced to eat it while driving back to work, then come here!
today is 5-12-22 and I went one for an online order and I went to the online order pickup station on the look for my order and tried to read the names, but what looks like the chef told me nothing to touch and was rude about it. he could have said it was nicer, but he was lazy and said it was rude. he shouldn't be boss if he doesn't know how to talk to people.

I'm new to town,saw this place online,figure I would give this place a try. Got there at 1pm,went to front to order and was told rudely we are too busy to serve you now,it will be a 40 minute wait. Walked out never to return
disappoint. my smoothie had very little taste. I've got the slutty talk. I had hoped to find a smooth spot that is perfect bc I eat healthy. but this place was not. I will not come back

Simply awful customer service. No franchise owned/operated business should treat customers the way this business did.
