Today I visited this restaurant and was disappointed by the lack of a warm welcome or friendly service. The young lady making the smoothies seemed angry and had a bad attitude, slamming things around and rolling her eyes for unknown reasons. I heard she was a crew manager, and it was concerning that she and others were not wearing gloves or hairnets, which is not hygienic. The young man working at the cash register signaled for me to come up with his fingers, which I found disrespectful. After a stare off, I finally placed my order but felt that they had no respect for customers. I will not be returning to this place and doubt that the owner will address any negative reviews.
The best tropical smoothie location in Michigan, every time I make my smoothie taste delicious every time. It is not watered or too sweet it is perfect!!! They also have the best employees of all time. They give us a warm welcome from the time we go until we leave the door. I love the Ferndale location!!!!

I really enjoy the Island Green and Acai Berry Boost smoothies at this restaurant. I am committed to maintaining a healthy lifestyle and eating well, and these smoothies help me achieve that while also being incredibly delicious. I highly recommend them!

This restaurant is always bustling, but always spotless. The staff here are extremely friendly and efficient at multitasking. It's definitely the best Tropical Smoothie place around. I'm willing to go out of my way and park my car just to come here.
I love this little place. The staff is courteous and prompted to take your order and get it to you... I've only tried two smoothies so far and I liked them both. Detox smoothie and triple berry oats ingenious
This location in Ferndale is great...I downloaded the app so I can preorder what I want then I just walk in to the counter and pick up my items. The cranberry truffle is so DELICIOUS!!!
