This place is amazing! I already love Tropical Smoothie Cafe. I felt healthy after my first sip of the delicious and generously sized smoothie at a great price. The customer service here was excellent. It was impressive to see the same guy who greeted me warmly when I walked in also diligently sweeping the floor, ensuring cleanliness, and then creating and serving my smoothie with excellent customer service. The team at this location worked together seamlessly to provide top-notch service. I will definitely be back - I am now a fan of Tropical Smoothie Cafe!
I would door dash my order and so would pick it up, On one occasion, another customer and I walk in at the same time. The cashier saw us both waiting for a while. As soon as she was done with another customer, she walked to the back of the kitchen and started making orders. We were waiting for a while. Finally, someone else from the kitchen helped us. My order was ready. All she had to do was ask for the name. I felt like it was because we were African decent. This place really needs to work on customer service.
I went to pick up a DoorDash order at this restaurant and requested a drink carrier for the two drinks I ordered. However, I was told that they were running low on carriers and couldn't provide one for me, despite there being two stacks of them visible. When I pointed this out, the staff member simply reiterated that they were low on carriers. I left without a carrier and couldn't help but wonder who they were saving them for.
I have been celebrating #SmoothieFriday every Friday for the past year and a half. If I am in town, I stop by the restaurant to enjoy a smoothie which I consider a little piece of heaven. The staff is friendly and humorous, and I appreciate being able to pay through the app while in the store. My entire visit, from entering to leaving, lasts only 4 minutes. The service is quick and comes with a smile.

I really enjoy their smoothies! Occasionally, the texture can vary - one day it may be watery and the next day it's perfect, but this doesn't happen often enough to be a major issue. However, I am disappointed that they changed their cookies. I liked the ones they had before better than the new prepackaged ones they offer now.
I always enjoy getting the green island detox smoothie at this restaurant, but today I decided to try adding a protein pack. They use a plant-based protein called Plant Fare, which adds a delicious texture and taste that can complement any sandwich or wrap on the menu.
The staff at this restaurant are friendly and efficient, always getting orders correct. The building is clean and the smoothies and food are consistently fresh and delicious. Even though it's not a Drive-Thru location, orders are still prepared quickly.
I have ordered from this restaurant three days in a row now, and I have been satisfied each time. This is definitely the best location to order from. The one in Huber that says (OH-14) is terrible.

This restaurant serves the best tropical smoothies out of all the ones I've tried. They are consistently perfect every time.
Great as smoothies, Acai Berry Boost is my favorite smoothie.
