I really want to give this location five stars but I just can't anymore. Despite being close to my house I find myself having to go to Brighton or hartland. Well both of those locations seem to be just as busy they are twice as fast. Half the time my appdoes not work to order at the Howell location and they literally NEVER answer the phone to take an order!! When you take 20 to30 minutes to get an order ready when someone comes into the store because you're busy... Answer the phone. Fix the location sothat it always takes orders on the app. I'm tired of getting a dislocation can't be reached message when I try to place orders.I refuse to give them my business when they are running this way....
I really want to give this place 5 stars, but it is really discouraging that they only accept mobile orders and have closed their lobby. today is the first day of school, and I look how families go and go right away to stand outside and place their mobile order. this leads to the fact that the walking path is overcrowded and the neighbouring companies are disturbing. I truly want to give this establishment 5 stars, but I am disappointed that they only accept mobile orders and have their lobby closed. Today, the first day of school, I observed families entering only to leave immediately and place their orders from outside. This has led to a crowded sidewalk and has disturbed nearby businesses. I fail to comprehend the reasoning behind not allowing customers inside to place their orders. If it is a Covid-related health concern, the staff should be wearing masks. this place always disappointed, we ordered mobile, came in the load and there were 0 people there and everyone was on the back doing other things, so I expected that my one smoothie will be done when someone finally comes I tell them my name and they did not even touch the ticket yet, okay, so that I wait, then come 3 people into business and come into the line. then the workers continued to take all their orders and not make my smoothie, then all three of these people got their food smoothie before my even was made. like cmon. I literally ordered first and then my smoothie was last served. this place needs better staff.
The personnel at the restaurant were extremely rude to the person picking up my order. I was outside on a conference call and had to intervene because they refused to serve her the order, even though she presented the receipt. However, they served it to me immediately when I asked for it, which I found ridiculous. The smoothies were decent at least, despite the negative experience with the staff.
Went there to grab a smoothie and they would only accept mobile orders even though 3 people standing around doing nothing. We logged in and placed our order. In the meantime a older couple walked in and tried to place a order and the staff rudely toldthem it was online ordering only. Needless to say that was the last time to that location!
Friendly and helpful employees. Sandwich tasted fine..turkey, swiss, blt on chabata roll. Worker suggested discounted combo with smoothie. Strawberry mix very tasty. Price seemed high for small sandwich and smoothie $14. Plus. Clean store. Probably wouldnt go back unless I specifically wanted a smoothie. Food nothing special. And pricey.
