Tropical Smoothie Cafe Grand Blanc

People yelling at everyone in the back….bumping orders because they know people personally. Waiting 10 min for them to take my order even though no one was at the front. Someone needs to manage this place that has some sense. Terrible service….still waiting…..not busy but not cooking either.

Service is always very slow. Went in there the other day, and you could hear the manager talking bad about the customers due to the open walls. Also could not believe how staff talked to customers in general. Food is always mediocre. I've stopped going there, and I don't plan on going back.

Order online and says it ready and waited 20+ minutes for our two smoothies. Not the first time at this location this has occurred never coming to this one again. If all these options they have are too much to handle then they should get more staff or cut back.

Do NOT order from this location, tropic bowls especially. Order from the one on Court St Center Rd in Burton. Your welcome!
