The only restaurant not in the shopping mall restaurant area. True Food Kitchen offers a wide variety of healthy culinary options, such as gluten-free items, vegetarian and vegan products, and hearty dishes, including grain-fed chicken and organic products. They also serve a wide variety of fresh fruit and vegetable pressed juices, non-alcoholic beverages, and alcoholic drinks as well. My favorite drink is called The Natural: soda water with ginger and agave over ice. At our table, we ordered a bison burger, Penang curry, and a quinoa burger. Everything was great and we left feeling satisfied and nourished, ready to tackle the rest of our shopping!

I got the pesto pasta and I loved it. I took the photo almost at the end of my meal. It was a good size meal. They also offer some very good non-alcoholic (and alcoholic) drinks which we very much enjoyed.
