It's amazing that the Trübli doesn't have a Gault Millau star yet maybe from October 2nd, 2023 ? In any case, it wasn't just the menu that was a very positive surprise! Overall performance more than top I'll be back ;
It was simply a pleasure to be able to enjoy this meal.... Plus the attentive and friendly service with all the information about the food and the wine served! Simply great!
