truno was such a shady to find. When I saw the restaurant online, I didn't know it was in a hotel. when entering the hotel canopy, I was greeted by a warm and cozy ambiente that immediately wanted to return with my friends, if not for drinks at the fireplace, then drinks at the spacious bar. even if they are very new, the personal was informative and sensitive. the recommendations of our server, carlton were on the spot and I am happy to see him again when I return. I ordered a drink from the cocktail menu and it was heavenly. the wings and the short ribs were great. my friend and I commented that this place has all the right pairings to be a star restaurant, but that we hope they never lose...
Truno was a wonderful discovery. Upon finding the restaurant online, I was pleasantly surprised to find it located inside a hotel. As soon as I entered the Canopy hotel, I was greeted by a cozy and inviting atmosphere that made me eager to return with my girlfriends, either for drinks by the fireplace or at the spacious bar. Despite being new, the staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Our server, Carlton, gave us great recommendations and I can't wait to see him again on my next visit. The short ribs and chicken wings were delicious. The short ribs were very tender and the grits soaked up the sauce well. The chicken wings had just the right amount of spice and crunch. The salads were very large and easily could have been shared between all diners. Desserts were decadent and creative. Service was attentive but the server was a little forgetful. I wouldn't hesitate to return to try more dishes.

The bar ran out of vodka and it took almost 30 minutes to get a martini. The martini itself was not good and it wasn't even served in the correct glass. Additionally, the bar was out of Cabernet Sauvignon and the wine selection was lacking.
