The restaurant used to be much better. Unfortunately, the quality of the food has been declining weekly. The ingredients seem cheaper and of poor quality; I’m not sure where they source the steak for their subs, and the tomatoes are unappetizing. They also frequently forget to include ranch dressing. I decided to give it another chance to see if anything had improved, but it hasn’t. Now, you can’t even walk in to pick up your food, and I don’t want to spend 40 minutes of my hour lunch break waiting in line. Drive thru only. It is a little confusing the first time. I stood at the door knocking and could see employees, but they let me stand there I called and they wouldn't answer. The one girl finally motioned so I knew it was drive thru. There needs to be a sign on the door that says drive thru ONLY.
I'd really prefer to give no Stars. This Tubbys is always closed. It's a Friday @7pm and your closed until Monday... That place is better off closing shop fulltime and maybe someone else can make it a more useful eating
