I am unable to rate the food at this restaurant. During our last visit, we waited for about 10 minutes at the speaker without anyone taking our order. When someone finally came to take our order, we were informed that their computer system had just crashed. We were told it would take approximately 20 minutes for the system to be back up and running before they could take our order. Disappointed, we decided to leave and instead went to a different Tubby's location, which was only a short 6-minute drive away. We received our food promptly and were on our way within 10 minutes. Came here last night and I'm sitting at the speaker when an employee comes out to say they closed at 9. Closing at 9pm on a Saturday night when your hours state that you close at 11 is crazy. Update your hours so your customers aren't wasting gas thinking you are open. Edit: Went to get food here tonight around 8:30 because they closed early last night and it appears they've hired someone new. My order was wrong, my sub wasn't hot and the fries were cooked too long. I've been coming here for years. Why risk losing a customer because you are hiring people who aren't capable of making decent food or making sure the order is correct?
I was very specific about how I wanted my steak and cheese subs, but when I got home and opened them up, the onions were not grilled to my liking. My dad and I were very disappointed. The jalapeño poppers were excellent, but his fries were cold. I will not be returning to this location again. The subs were supposed to be footlongs.
The manager and staff were amazing. The young man behind the counter had a fantastic attitude. The restaurant was very clean and efficient, a huge improvement from my visit 7 months ago. I will definitely be returning, although I was unable to place my order inside.

Do NOT order STEAK n Chz. It’s either unseasoned Hamburger or horribly chunked. The bread was NOT fresh tasteless. Go to McDonald’s next door use app for free or discounted food. Manager is lazy has BF sitting in like security. OVERPRICED. Find another location.
Great subs! Usually pretty quick service. The food is hot and fresh. I like the cottage fries however they seem to taste like onion rings. Seems like the oil needs to change more frequently. Or use separate fryers. Ample portions and the sandwich isn't messy.
The manger here is such a sweet heart my card wouldn't go through she paid for my food I didn't get her name but so sweet hope she got the card I sent her
My Steak and Cheese Sub was not hot , I have never had that happen to me ! I love Tubby's and I hope that next time I'll get a Hot sub.
