This restaurant is under new management, and the improvement is evident. The food has been consistently excellent, and the service has been outstanding as well. The new owner is remodeling the space, and it looks fantastic. The staff is very friendly, even during busy times. Every order I've placed recently has been prepared perfectly. I also appreciate how clean both the kitchen and dining areas are. I wouldn’t choose to dine anywhere else.

Drove to this place on 11 Mile because it’s closer to my house than the location at 12mile. The google page says it was open till 7PM…… well I get there at 6:42PM and they were closed so I will no longer be going to this tubbysAnd according to other review this is a common problem with this location

I drove to this location because the one at my corner is garbage. This location was actually worse. My 2 subs were extremely small and the steak was nothing but gristle. I don't think it was even cooked that day. Fries were soggy and they whole $32 went right in the trash.
The food here is fantastic! The staff is extremely friendly. I visit for lunch twice a week, and the food is consistently excellent. I highly recommend this Tubbys over other locations!
I’ve been there twice in the last month and the buns were different. Either the buns were changed or stale. Did not taste delicious as usual.
Co workers were yelling at each other, bread was stale, please was dirty
