Customer service is rude. Staff of this caliber should not be at the front desk. Menu was at the back and not very visible. Asked for beef pho( normal this being a Vietnamese inspired street vendor shop) and got literally told off. Decided to preserve...n ordered pork. I guess for $13, management thinking must be u get what u pay for. In 25 years of my retail experience I suggest doom days must be looming. And ohh by the way the other joints close by were literally running off their feet. Sorry I felt insulted for wanting to try some street food.
After experiencing two trips to the hospital emergency room and three days as an inpatient due to severe gastroenteritis, I decided to try a bowl of soup at this restaurant. Unfortunately, the ingredients in the soup triggered a reaction in me that was undetectable without a chemical analysis. Shortly after eating the soup, I experienced a negative reaction. As a result, I am now hesitant to eat Asian food at the airport in fear of another hospitalization. The risk is simply too high for me to take.
Having a layover of 25 minutes between flights, I decided to grab a fresh roll to go. Unfortunately, it took 5 minutes just to visit the kiosk and another 15 minutes to receive the roll. The roll was prepared behind Hudson's Toast and when it finally arrived, it was dry and practically inedible. The service was slow, the kiosk was unorganized, and for the price, they should be offering much better food and service. If I could give this place a zero-star rating, I would.
I have three bark rice paper rolls for $13,50 the colorful display shows a diving sauce, but none was offered. there was little meat or vegetables in the roll, the paper was soggy and it was with a mild taste of salt. the workers seemed not...in service interested and overall it was a waste of money. Roll’d in the food area has much better tasting eating. would not have been disturbing.

The food at this restaurant is delicious! I visited on June 13th at 7pm. Despite being incredibly busy, there was only one person taking orders and preparing the food. However, she was fantastic! A true multitasker who did an amazing job under pressure.
Had 2 overpriced spring rolls from here. You kind of expect to get ripped off at the airport but goodness me you don't expect to get a miserable sales assistant to go with the food.
over price so watery it was driping from the floor, everything was soggy and completely disintegrated and was slimy. was so hungry and couldn't eat it.
We had a meal here before our next flight. We had a noodle dish with pork and salad. It was pretty good and the portion size was okay as well.

Had a bahn mi but the pork was gristly. Other than that it was ok. Service was good. Cost $11 to eat in which was reasonable for the airport.
