Great atmosphere and excellent service. Staff's are really engaging and go above and beyond to satisfy the customers. Kudos for that.. It's our first time here, and We tried their dosa with sambar and chutney... As a South Indian, I felt the dosa and sambar were just oke. The dosa was hard, and the batter was not fermented enough.. felt more like made of dosa powder. And sambar could have more flavor.. I really hope their other foods are awesome.. we haven't tried any! Do try their madras coffee, It's on point!!
Visited here in June ....Loved eating here. Totally rustic which I always look for. The food was just sooooo authentic just like as if eating in India. It is hard to find authentic North Indian in US. But after eating here I was just amazed the food was just like India. Can't wait for the next trip to NY to this Restaurant. We ordered Butter Chicken, Chicken Tikka,Kebab Sampler. It was just sooooo amazing exactly like India. Can't wait to visit again. Please don't change your Chef. He's the best!!! Thanks again
I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The food was fresh and flavorful, and the service was prompt and attentive. The staff was friendly and truly focused on customer satisfaction. I highly recommend trying their Chicken 65, Chili Paneer, and Chicken Chettinad curry. If you haven't been here yet, you definitely should! I almost forgot to mention the wonderful ambiance—the moment I walked in, I felt a positive vibe from the setup and the warm greeting. Enjoy your visit!
Hands down the best experience I’ve had eating at a restaurant in Rockland County!!! The owner, Benez, was very friendly and cordial and treated my colleagues and I like royalty with a generous amount of a delicious assortment of dishes we ordered. Everything was so tasty and flavorful!!! He was an incredibly courteous man who was very attentive to our needs. Highly recommend this place!!!

Impressive Indian food in a comfortable atmosphere. I had the salmon, some paneer and another vegetarian dish, everything was seasoned perfectly and had excellent flavor. Very impressed with the service, food, and atmosphere. The next time I’m in the area I will definitely be back! The Tulsi mint julep was also awesome!
Delicious food and great service. The curries were fresh and delicious. The prices were reasonable and in line with other Indian places in the area. Service was polite and efficient. The menu is clearly marked with spice level so you'll know what to expect. There is a 3.99% credit card fee so expect that.
This is a lovely and well-maintained restaurant on Middletown Road. The staff is very friendly, organized, and quick to serve. The food is consistently excellent. Bennie is my go-to person there; my girlfriend and children adore him. Thank you, Tulsi, for the fantastic Indian dishes!
Overall nice place I was looking for more authentic Indian food. Seems everything mellowed down and missed the Indian slice Service was super nice although sometimes slow Good spot to eat for westerns but not if you are looking for the real Indian taste.

I recently dined at Tulsi with my mom, and we had a wonderful experience. The food was excellent and served promptly. The restaurant has undergone renovations, and the ambiance is now fantastic. We will definitely return soon!
