We traveled from Georgia to LA and decided to meet friends from Patterson, CA in Avenal. After looking online, this restaurant caught our eye, and we chose it as our meeting spot. There isn’t much to do in the town, but we tried the combination pizza, and it was really delicious! The crust was particularly good. We also ordered the mozzarella sticks, which were just okay—there was a bit too much breading on them. The drinks behind the counter were fantastic! I can’t remember the name of one, but the cucumber lime drink was refreshing, and we ended up buying several cups of each before heading back to LA. This is a really charming little restaurant. However, I think I made the wrong choice with my order. The menu described the Mexican pizza as being topped with fresh jalapeños, but what I received were pickled ones. I'm not a fan of pickled jalapeños, unfortunately. I'll definitely give it another shot on Sunday.
Cute place with a pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff, got the avocado chicken salad (without the chicken) and it was fresh and delicious. If you're looking for a vegetarian option in avenal or just a cheerful place for a bite to eat this is a good bet.

The best calzone I’ve ever had. The dough was delicious and the sauce was incredible. I had the combination and my coworker had the Hawaiian.A must stop if you’re in the area.
The pies I ordered were fresh, hot, and ready right on time. The service was outstanding, and I will definitely be coming back.
