very good culinary experience, with lots of flavors despite a little garnished plate. I took a carpaccio of a lawyer who was perfectly seasoned giving a good fresh bath. Sweet potato accompaniment is delicious. I also tasted a glass of Peruvian wine (the first price it seems to me really sweet and fruity: I think it is more a fusion restaurant than 100% authentic cuisine but it really is worth it!
