The food, service, and drinks at this restaurant are always great. Our server, Sephora, was extremely kind, friendly, and outgoing, guiding us through the menu and providing excellent service throughout the meal. The food was fresh and flavorful, and the caesars were fantastic. The restaurant also had good social distancing measures in place, making it a quieter option compared to other places in the mall.
It was a great experience n Halloween was made special last night by the staff at Turtle Jacks. Cody is an asset and is a great server to have on the table. The food was delicious and my personal favourite was the Hunter’s Chicken.The owner Sumanth himself was there to see that all the tables were being taken care of personally. Thanks to all of you. My family came hone very happy.
I went to dinner with my family. All the food we ordered tasted delicious. The waitress took good care of us and the kids really enjoyed the Big Bang Shrimp. Our favorite dish was the Jäger Chicken, it was excellent. The Basa Fish Taco was good, but it didn't have the same wow factor as the shrimp.
wonderful service! the personal is super attentive and patient. I ordered last night for dinner and the heart of the evening, who was the host I think is so friendly. First time ever at a Turtle Jack's! Very welcoming environment! The food was awesome and the servers were very friendly and genuine! I would highly recommend going here. Whether you are just meeting friends for drinks or taking the family out for a nice dinner!
always I and my men were favorite place for date night as well as to go with the family. the experience is always beyond and beyond when we go there, and the personal is amazing! highly recommended
