I travel 30 minutes to this location frequently because it's closest to me and ultimately the quality of the food is decent but the quality of the service, knowledge, and professionalism of management SU KS!!! There's an issue every time I come. Either the food takes 90 minutes to come out or it doesn't come out at all and then it takes the waitstaff/management 90 minutes to realize they don't have what you ordered. For the latter of the 2 reasons today I called ahead to ensure the entree I wanted was available BEFORE I drove 30 minutes and was told it was. 4/1/23I had a Wonderful lunch here, as I have had a few other times with my best friend. There are multiple events on the TVS to choose from. My Cheeseburger was Delicious, as were the Cajun Fries I had with it. My waitress, Starla, was Awesome and very attentive throughout my meal. I do not recommend it, it is a bad place, the place was alone and they made us wait more than 20 minutes, the manager or person in charge of a very bad temper received us, the table service was lousy, the food took a long time, another problem, the potatoes were not very salty They were edible and very stiff apart like they were reheated. the worst place in detroit
Our service was great. Food came out fast and hot. JASMINE was a pleasure. She was super friendly and bubbly. We will be back. Philly cheesesteak and a Cubano both delicious.
