Twistee Treat Poinciana

Placed order at 2:38pm after having to repeat it about 4 or 5 times and didn?t get our order for almost 30 minutes while being the only people here. Two workers too worried about rapping/singing then prioritizing the customers their jobs. 0/10 would recommend this facility. Finally received our order at 3pm. Manager should really reconsider their employment. Highly unprofessional even for a minimum wage job.

I truly enjoy coming to this ice cream shop. They have great service, great attitudes and my order is always done in a timely manner. I recently went and got my usual order which was a pecan praline twirl . The smile maker who assisted me was Jonathan, he had great conversation and was attentive to all my needs. Would highly recommend if you haven?t already visited or tried them out.

Portions are huge and well worth your money. The only issue I had was I ordered a banana split and when they brought it to me the bananas were black. I said um would you eat those and their reply was oh sorry we didn 't see that I replied how is that? almost the whole banana is blk? None the less they replaced the bananas with fresh ones and all was good.

Staff was rude (maybe it was a bad day, but coming for ice cream with friends it out a damper on the outing). The ice cream was great though, just an example of a great experience turned meh due to rude staff. Next time we go, I?ll update in case it was just a one off bad day.

Best place in town to get ice cream! Customer service is always great and they are open till 10pm! It?s a family tradition to go to twistee treats!
