This is the kind of mass production people's restaurant you would have found in the Soviet Union. As other reviewers have noted staff is inflexible and follows their rules and procedures. A waiter takes your order but you have to pick up the food yourself, and then pay for it. They only accept cash. They have small, but flavorful roast chickens, as well as a variety of other Basque favorites. We had ensalada, morcilla, pimientos verdes, txipirones, and jamon iberico. We also had two bottles of txakoli. Prices are reasonable and the food is tasty. For our second bottle of txakoli they gave me one that wasn't optimally chilled.
