Today, I was specifically craving a meal from Yonkers Brewery. However, due to some chaotic situations happening there, I decided to venture next door to Francey Brady. (I want to emphasize that I hold nothing against Yonkers Brewery!)
When I arrived at Francey Brady, I was pretty hangry after the craziness next door. Honestly, I felt like I could eat the entire dinner menu! My cravings were strong, and my stomach was demanding that I order the chicken sandwich or wrap, along with some extra chipotle mayo on the side. Visited Francine Brady's for a client lunch at the clients recommendation and it did not disappoint! Located right in downtown Yonkers Francey Brady's reminds me of the Irish pubs I would visit in NYC in my college years. This is the type of place where everyone knows each other and the minute you enter you are family. The music, even in the early afternoon, seemed to be a mix of fun rock and ska hits. Today was my first time in this bar. The service and food was good. They had a good vibe but what pissed me off was there was a party sitting across from my table and one of the guess was spitting into his glass. When the waiter address him he said why are they complaining its my glass and the waiter follows by saying its ok we was the glasses out, he should have thrown out. I dont know what kind of home training they have mind you he is sitting right by the bathroom and a door that leads to outside yet he was spitting in his glass cup that the waiter said its ok because they was the dishes. Called at 2pm on 1/24 to ask what the soup of the day was. A lady, who was rude picked up the phone and I couldn't understand what soup she was saying. When I told her that i wasn't understanding her she rudely hung the phone up. I called back and asked for her name and asked her Why she hung up the phone on me. She then asked for my name and told me that she didn't hang up but the phone died (which clearly was a lie). I asked for her name again and she said she was the bartender and she's not giving me her name because they don't give their names over the phone. I wouldn't recommend this place. It's very unorganized and lack customer service.

I can't understand how people frequent this place of undercover hate. Having dinner with a city worker who told me that they received horrible service from the owner. My friend whom is Latin felt the owner was rude and talked about my friend for what she asked for. But when someone let my friend know she was being talked about by the owner. My friend let the owner know who she was and what she do the whole attitude change. Funny the owner knows who to play her cards with. People wake up please. They did not leave a review because the owner was kissing up to them. Lol Karen
One thing I noticed was that we, as a BIPOC group, received some curious stares from the mostly white male crowd at the bar when we entered, which made me feel a bit out of place, like I was in an Irish bar in Yonkers. On a positive note, our waitress was friendly, and it seemed like she was also handling the bar, so I think she deserves a raise!
I visited this restaurant a few weeks ago and really enjoyed the laid-back atmosphere. The happy hour featured a great selection, especially if you arrive before 7 PM, and the prices were definitely reasonable. We sat at the bar and received excellent service. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely return!
Honestly has become my go to spot to watch a game and get some bar food. The wings and onion rings are my go to. I never have to wait long to get asked if I need anything and my drink refilled. On game nights especially football it's very lively and fun place to be. Easily one of my favorite local spots.

Always friendly staff, Irish comfort food and drinks, clean and cozy. Being from Europe the sausages bring back memories very authentic!
Great service, great food and the owner is a sweetheart! A true to Go place after a hards day of work. You will not be dissapointed
