When we finally got our order, I took my first sip and was very disappointed—it tasted like flavored water, no exaggeration. I couldn't help but wonder if they were running low on syrup and trying to stretch it to fulfill demand. Yes, syrup—not real fruit. The ice was not finely blended; it seemed like they used a non-professional blender, resulting in a texture more akin to an ICEE slushie rather than a creamy smooth blend. It resembled chunkier Hawaiian shaved ice, which meant that when you took a sip, the juice would be gone, leaving a mountain of ice behind.

Terrible experience! The crepe was nothing like a real crepe; it was overly crispy and dry. When I asked why it was that way, the staff informed me that I needed to specify in my order if I wanted a softer crepe. This is absurd! If they can't make a proper crepe, they should prioritize customer satisfaction instead of enforcing ridiculous and pointless policies. I couldn’t eat it at all. You can see in the picture that it’s practically impossible to use a fork on it. Just imagine how dry the crepe was!
The brown sugar milk tea was mostly just milk and ice, and the boba brown sugar had a slimy texture that was unappealing. I ordered a large but ended up with what felt like a cup of milk with ice and a scoop of brown sugar syrup. Because of the poor customer service and the disappointing product, I won't be returning, nor would I recommend Tzone. It's a shame, as the place has potential!
I’ve loved this place since I came in. It is very nicely decorated, it is very nice and simple. It has perfect areas for photos. Your service is very good. Its staff is attentive, polite and friendly. Comfortable parking. An ideal place to surprise someone with an exotic dessert or drink. Don’t hesitate to come to this place. I recommend it 100%. My experience was great.

We came in so overwhelmed by the number of choices on the menu but Sophia, the cashier really helped us out. She also listed all the ingredients that some people can be allergic to or have religious restrictions to, like gelatin for Muslims! The service was great and the drinks exceeded my expectations. Really recommend the place.
I absolutely love the fruit tea here! It’s the best I’ve ever tasted. I think I’ve found my new favorite tea shop, but sadly, I live an hour away, so I hope to visit again soon. The staff were friendly, and my tea was ready in no time—just about 3 minutes! It was definitely worth the $6, and I left with my taste buds happy.
I drove an hour to visit this restaurant, and it was definitely worth it! It's quite different and unique from what I've experienced. I was getting tired of places like Kungfu, Teado, and Tiger Sugar. They seem to be pretty busy, so we had to wait a bit longer for our drinks, but they were well worth the wait!
I love their Mangonadas. They use all fresh fruit to make the drinks. The place is also cute, verity snacks. My son so much loves the place. He almost took home everything. Definitely be back with family and friends
