J'ai eu le plaisir de découvrir ce petit trésor. Tout ce que vous dégustez ici est fait maison avec amour et passion. La pâte artisanale pour les pizzas est cuite au four à bois, et elle est tout simplement délicieuse. La charcuterie corse, en particulier la coppa et le lonzo, est un véritable régal pour les papilles. Les liqueurs maison, de la myrte au limoncello en passant par la liqueur de café, sont une expérience gustative unique. C'est un endroit où la passion pour la cuisine se ressent dans chaque bouchée. A great address! The boss is warm, very welcoming, passionate, attentive to children. Very nice authentic wood oven, it smells good wood fire. Pizzas are delicious, very copyy. The desserts are very simple but very greedy and most importantly, everything is homemade.(Lemon cake and chocolate melting) We also went back with the good Corsican charcuterie that we had tasted at the aperitif, vacuumed for the flight back. A place to discover without hesitation. Our first opinion to value this beautiful place.

Perched on the heights of Calcatoggio the place is simple and authentic as its young boss. Even at the end of the season it is pleased to share Corsica, in the plate, hospitality and beauty of the country. Good for pizza and for the verve. We'll be back!
