Glad that UGrill took over this spot! Comfortably nestled off Hellman and Foothill located in the Chuck E Cheese plaza.The whole place has been revamped and refurbished throughout the inside of the restaurant. Management did a fantastic job of cleaning up the place and making it very UGrill design!My family and I have always enjoyed UGrill over Gen the quality and service always win us over! Now the ambiance has also stepped up its game! They have lots of TVs all around a nice Bar area. The music is very KPop.The quality of meat is great! This place has great vibes, and the food is absolutely delicious! Our server, Samuel, was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. My favorite dish was the premium marinated steak with pineapple—oh my, it was amazing! The filet mignon and beef belly were also fantastic! Even the ice was great! I had the coffee, but I forgot to take a photo. The wait is definitely worth it, and I will come back for sure!
I received high recommendations to try this restaurant, and it certainly has a welcoming atmosphere. However, the customer service could use some improvement. I placed several orders but didn't receive the proper attention to detail each time. That said, the meat and the various side dishes they offer are delicious! I also enjoyed the experience of cooking our own meat.
Went here with my family for my first time and it was great. Not too crowded and the interior was nice, some neon lights and tv's everywhere consisting of music videos playing. It was a typical AYCE menu and the meats and sides were great. Service was good and I would definitely go again because I love how clean it was and the vibe was just nice. Everything about this place is perfect. If you don't your food it's kind of your fault, since you're the one who's cooking it. Great staff, extensive menu, great drinks, and amazing atmosphere. Usually there is a wait of about an hour to an hour and a half. This is one of the only restaurants I don't mind the wait for. It's ALWAYS worth it.

Went here on a weekend afternoon the wait was over two hours so we left came back on a weekday for lunch sat down right away. Prices are affordable 20 bucks for all you can eat food was decent service was good can't complain.
