The first red flag was a man slumped over in a chair as we approached the entrance. Our server seemed unsure about the drink options and was also acting as the bartender. We ordered queso and salsa for an appetizer, but when we requested two different beers she initially claimed they had, she returned to inform us they were out. When my partner asked for Moscato, she replied that they didn’t serve it. Only after we ordered our pizzas did she bring us a drink menu, which surprisingly included Moscato.

Pains me to leave this review as a lifelong US Pizza customer. Not a knock on the restaurant, but the location. 3 ofnthe last 4 times here have been absolutely ridiculous. Whether there are 3 tables of people or the restaurant is completely full. Clueless wait staff. We come to this location due to convenience and only having a 1 hour lunch break. As soon as we walked in customers were standing waiting to be seated while several employees were just sitting around not interested in helping anyone. We went to the host stand to be seated and after standing there for a few minutes, one of the two employees (lady with purple hair) that were just sitting at the table looked at us and said oh my god , annoyed at the fact that she had to do some work. She told us we could sit anywhere and we looked at 3 different tables that were all dirty and haven 't been wiped off for the next customers. Friend was visiting town, and I was excited to share the US Pizza experience. Walked in, lady said the sit anywhere you like. I guess we chose wrong cause we sat inside, watched everyone else be taken care of for 20mins, and we couldn’t even get menus. Haha. Having previously worked at US Pizza, I can confidently say that my pizza was perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious. I ended up boxing half of it to take home but forgot the box as I walked out. When I returned to check if it was still there, the server had already discarded my box but generously offered to make me a completely new pizza! I felt guilty since it was my mistake for leaving the box behind.
The customer service was incredible, and I genuinely appreciated their willingness to accommodate my pizza request. I really wish I had asked for the server’s name because she truly went above and beyond for me. Great job! I will definitely be back!
Great place! Restaurant clean tidy. Hostess wait staff friendly and helpful. Plenty of refills and food brought to us in timely manner. Food served hot and fresh. Supreme salad with fajita chicken is huge, but a family favorite so nothing goes to waste! Plenty of seating inside or outside if weather permits. Also this location has an upstairs area you can reserve/rent for small gatherings, bridal/baby showers, etc.
The salads here are fantastic, and the atmosphere is wonderful and safe. There's also a designated dining area. The gluten-free pizza is delicious, and the salads are simply amazing. For those with dietary restrictions, they offer vegan options as well.
We were so disappointed in the size of a medium pizza. So small.It was only big enough for my 8-year-old. So, there was a problem because my 6-year-old was hungry too. They said it was good, but was not enough.Too much.
