I had come to hike in Valle-Alesanie, when we fell on this restaurant. The atmosphere is warm, as is service. We eat very well, and especially after a long day of walking. (I highly recommend the charcuterie or cheese board (I was able to discover good local products! . We arrived on the good day since in the evening a Corsica group was invited to the restaurant to make a concert. So we came back for a great tapas party! I highly recommend that you go through this restaurant if you are in the vicinity. A little mention to the manager Valentin who was able to make a little corner of paradise.
For the plate: from the local to the top! Charcuterie, cheese...A treat for taste buds! A special mention for the cannellonis of Bénédicte but...More room for dessert: you will have to come back! And... For the atmosphere under the tone with stunning views of Castagniccia...bravo Valentino: one feels “like home”, the “knowing Being”Corse more! Next time!
It's been 11 years since we know this restaurant...For 2 years, this restaurant has become a must-have...We're enjoying it and the welcome is on the top....I highly recommend, in the morning, a friendly moment at the time of coffee, at noon, in addition to the menu, taste pizzas cooked with wood fire, in the evening a real treat under the starry vaulted
