There is an update for the EM 2024: An unforgettable evening in a state of emergency, there was no better way to enjoy the 3-0 win for Portugal! Packed to capacity, we didn't have to wait long for our food and drinks. Well done!!! Thank you for the lovely evening! We go to Portugal once every year and love it. Unfortunately we can't go there more often. For 3 years we have found the perfect transition/intermediate solution. The UDP in Mainz, a football club club, has me transported to Portugal for the evening. The service in this country is much faster... Probably due to the unjustified nagging of the Germans. Es ist zu laut, und es sieht aus wie die Kneipe eines Fußballvereins – obwohl ich das alles nicht so mag, war ich total überwältigt und extrem begeistert vom Gesamtpaket!!! Der Service war superklasse, das Essen ein Gedicht... Am Ende des Abends war ich verliebt in die Lautstärke und die Dekoration: Ich will dort wieder hin!!!!!
Sehr gutes portugiesisches Essen. Es gibt vor allem Fischgerichte und Paella. Ich kann die Sangria wärmstens empfehlen. Am Wochenende ist es am besten, einen Platz zu reservieren. Das Servicepersonal ist sehr freundlich und das Essen wird schnell serviert.
I love Portugal and every time I walk through the door at UDP it's like I'm there. Food is absolutely fantastic. The service is excellent every time and only the Portuguese can manage the ambience. The only thing missing is the Fado : Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The food was very good . As an entree they served French baguette with homemade garlic cream. I had a fish platter with fresh fish, the Schnitzel looked great and people liked it
We were invited to a private celebration at the UDP. The staff were friendly; the atmosphere is very football-oriented. We will come back again to try the much praised cuisine.
Great Portuguese with an inconspicuous appearance. Great authentic cuisine with fresh fish and seafood. Only the location is very inconspicuous. I'd love to come back!

Ich war wieder lange hier, das Bier war lecker, der Fischpfanne köstlich und der Service freundlich. Alles war wie immer sehr gut!
