This restaurant was an old favourite of ours and we hesitated to re try it under new management. So glad that we did! We went for a quick plat du jour lunch, which took about 1hr 20 min. The meals are now more in the French style, rather than typical winstub, which pleases us as there are so many places serving up jarret etc. The menu du jour is 13.95 for 3 courses, all of which were more than delicious on the day that we went. The only (very slight) complaint is that the service was slightly on the slow side, but I am sure that this will improve as they settle in. The service was extremely pleasant in any case. We will certainly be returning! Just hope we can get a table once the word gets...
