Christmas meal taken at 24.12 . Tested the next day! A weck with two fish and a crust paste of generous and melting parties on the palate for a successful entry before two resistance dishes (Vegetables and rumsteack in brioche crust) simmered successfully and finally, two festive and very fine desserts: a refreshed illumination to the Christmas atmosphere and a surprising Norwegian omelette darts.
