Eric the chef makes his own rillette and also the seeded crackers to eat it with. We enjoyed this before the main meal. They are very flexible you can have an entree as a main meal if you prefer. The chicken ceasar salad was delicious and my husband had a beautifully presented quenelle de brochettes (pike mousse flavoured with lobster bisque) his own version of quinelle. Stephanie who attended our table was lovely and very attentive and Eric himself made time to have a chat with us. Both were very friendly and welcoming. The menu is small but that’s always a good sign that the chef prepares everything and nothing is out of the freezer and heated up.

A great discovery with my son.. Chef Éric Jambon concocts simple dishes for you but they're so good...that's all we ask for... Go take a look at his career and let me know what he's been up to. We see that the couple is well versed in the exercise. The decor is great...small checkered tablecloths. Lunch or dinner inside is better Well done... we'll come back... it's for sure
