I came here twice for breakfast while I stayed in Cape May. I must say, the pancakes were probably some of the best I have ever had. Also, with the pancakes I got the Pork Roll or as Jersey people would say Taylor Ham . That was a tad on the salty side. For my second visit I got the Denver Omelet with a side of Home Fries. The omelet was good, but the home fries just needed a little something. Overall, everything was really good including the service. Plus, the prices on the menu was very reasonable, especially in this area. I will come back if I am in the area again.
The staff was super friendly and the food was excellent and the prices are great. They are only open until 2PM. I was not aware that when we arrived at 13:55, but the waitress took our order as if they were open all day. It was only after our order and I went to check on Facebook I found out that they closed around 2. I apologized for coming so late, and the waitress and all the staff were happy to serve us. Thanks again.
We always have breakfast at Uncle Bill's the day we leave Cape May. This year was no exception. The pancakes we are great, and our Wacker Mariah took care of us. The only thing that ff-putting was that they charge $3 for an ounce of pure maple syrup. They serve pancake syrup instead. Pancake syrup is fake... my opinion is that if you call yourself a pancake house, you should serve real maple syrup at no extra cost.
this place is so much fun. We have a great stand on the window and so nice to look and see the beach side while we have a nice breakfast. The staff is so friendly and attentive and fast. Very nice place to have breakfast by the beach in Cape May, NJ. Location offers free parking to customers. We had the blueberry pancakes, French pancakes and the Cape May breakfast -eggs, toast, home fries and choice of meat. Everything tasted good and service was fast.
Classic diner menu. Great selection of breakfast foods. Super quick, super friendly service. Sat outside due to social distancing rules, and they’ve installed overhead wiring to keep the seagulls away. A pleasant experience all around.
It's been there for over 30 years and never had a bad meal. Although you have to wait most of the time, it is not long to wait. The service is fast and it is all in a great place. I say it's a must while in a Cape May.
