For our last breakfast in Cape May, we stopped at Uncle Bill’s Pancake House! We waited about 15-20 minutes to get seated, and the restaurant was packed and definitely pretty noisy. We did wait quite a while to order, but tried to stay patient as our server was so busy boxing up takeout orders and trying to handle how many customers there were. The menu had so many great pancake choices, and I had the peach pancakes, which were unique as they were folded in almost crepe style. Everyone was happy with their food, and it’s easy to see why it’s favorite among Cape May visitors!
Went there for breakfast today and was very impressed! Classic pancake house with exceptional staff and delicious food. The homefries plate was delicious as were the pancakes. Jean was a delight to have as a server! The manager was very personable as well. We will definitely be back on our next trip down! The toast for my cream chipped beef was burnt, the hostess only wiped half the crumbs off our table, and the bus boys circled around constantly asking if they could take our plates as we were eating of them
The pancakes were delicious, and the bacon had just the right amount of crunch. The service was prompt and friendly. A fantastic spot for an early breakfast in Cape May!
You can never have a bad experience or meal at Uncle Bill's. With another summer behind us, I enjoyed yet another fantastic meal. I truly love this place!

Have eaten at several of the Uncle Bills and always enjoyed our meal. Would recommend stopping for breakfast when at the shore.
