Was looking forward to trying Uncle Jim, ordered take-away beef rendang & stir fry veg in sambal. First disappointment,the beef was tough which is a cardinal sin with rendang. I then pulled out 2 very long hairs from said rendang. First mouthful of veg stir fry I bit into something very hard (a rock I suspect) which then shattered into a million pieces, very fortunate not to damage any teeth. By this time I had lost my appetite and chucked it all in the bin. All in all a very bad experience.
Good everyday Malaysian/Singaporean restaurant in Northern Beaches. Fast service and convenient location. Love their crispy prawn but a bit pricey ($18 for 4pcs) their Hainanese Chicken Rice is tasty but shame that the rice is not included and it's served without ginger condiment and soup on the side..

Schau dir nicht auf die Umgebung an, weil es wirklich nicht das Essen widerspiegelt. Um ehrlich zu sein, sieht das Restaurant aus wie ein Scheiße !! Aber das Essen ist weit über dem Durchschnitt. Für ein gutes asiatisches Mittagessen ist es einen Versuch wert!
